Location: Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church, 7 Wescott Road, Simsbury

Who: Vending open to all home-schoolers, in and out of FVHE Group
Shopping open to general public; no entry fee

Fee: $6 per table space for vendors
there are limited 6' and 8' tables available at the church, they are first come-first served; you may also bring your own tables, as the church has more room than tables; you may also set up a tent outside as the church-yard is quite large and flat and open

RSVP to me, Kris McCue, at fvhegroupis@hotmail.com

Please let me know if you can bring your own table, or if you will set up outside. I will reply back with where you can send payment.
Please tell your friends about this sale. There are sure to be great materials and good values to be had!

Children most welcome! My kids have always loved used curriculum fairs and tag sales, and always manage to find neat-stuff like science kits and models, leisure reading materials, games and more. Stock up on entertainment for your summer vacations!

The sellers set their own prices. Please make sure you label carefully or put up signs. Any household items, furnishing and any kind of educational materials are acceptable, from kits to books, everything from art to science and more. Shoppers who are new to these kinds of fairs, you will find games, puzzles, toys, books, videos, study guides, text books, workbooks and other traditional curriculum materials. There are usually many free items as well.

SHOPPERS: Plan to bring cash in addition to your checkbook. With many items at low tag-sale prices it doesn't make sense to write a check for change or a couple dollars. Also, some vendors cannot take personal checks.

VENDORS: If you don’t want to pack a lunch there are take-out restaurants within a half mile to a mile of the church if you’d like to buy lunch or breakfast. There are pizza joints, Dunkin Donuts, Kanes Market which has a deli and also pre-made foods and salads. There are also bagel shops and coffee shops in Granby center which is couple miles to the north, or in Simsbury Center a couple miles to the south of the church.
You must take all trash and miscellaneous items with you; nothing can be left behind at the church.

I will place an ad in the Yankee Flyer about our sale. $5 of your registry fee will go to the church as our gift to them for letting us use their building and grounds; $1 will go toward the ad in the Yankee Flyer.

Hope to see you at the Used Curriculum Fair / Tag Sale!
