*** Parkour Seminar - this Sunday, April 29 ***

Please note, Parkour has such a tremendous all around physical benefit without competition against others. You strive to improve your own abilities and strength while encouraging others to do the same.

Parkour is the physical discipline of training to overcome any obstacle within one's path by adapting one's movements to
the environment. This 2 hour class led by Scott Hoffman & other members of AM Parkour in Middletown, CTis open to the public, ages 9 - 16 years of age. It will discuss what Parkour is and isn't, training methods for
safe, long lasting practice, and why learning Parkour can benefit you in
your every day life. This class will focus on teaching proper form in
fundamental Parkour movements, & putting them together in a flow so that
you may experience what Parkour is really about. Expect some jumping,
 crawling, climbing, vaulting & balancing.

Sunday, April 29th from 2-4 p.m.
at Scout Hall, East Windsor, CT (http://www.scouthall.com)
Please note there is a fee of $10 for this seminar. To sign up please contact Jen Fahey at jen@faheyfam.com or 860-627-6765.

*** I also want to add, you do not have to pay up front if your child is not sure if
they want to participate. If they are more comfortable by watching the
demonstration first and then deciding if they want to give it a try after
watching, that is fine. You can pay at that point.
